Our team is comprised of a wide range of construction industry experts with extensive international and US development experience including developments in Florida, New York, New Jersey and California.
Spencer has 25 years of executive experience in international construction consultancy, particularly in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. He has overseen projects for Saudi Aramco, The Public Investment Fund and IKEA.
Frederik is a serial entrepreneur with a history of successful business exits, Frederik co-led global sales strategy at Google for 120 FTE. He is a former graduate researcher in Computer Science at the University of Oxford, blending technical expertise with proven business acumen.
Robin has over 30 years in construction, development, and project management. He is a seasoned civil engineer who spearheaded the UK's transition to modular construction. He has directed over 10 mega-projects valued at over $1 billion. As CEO of MMY Global, a leading modular consultancy, Robin has extensive experience with nearly every existing modular factory.
